Partnership…What does that mean, what does it look like?

In Ecclesiastes 4.9-12, we know that 2 is better than 1. Partnering together to accomplish His will.

Two years ago, our ministry had one van.

We were very excited to have this vehicle to offer to cross cultural workers. The first family we were able to serve found our ministry because the transportation ministry they used in the past was booked. We inquired about this transportation ministry which is called Righteous Rides. We flew to St. Louis and studied their model of ministry which had been serving international servants for >10 years.

We came home prayerful for the opportunity that laid ahead. Unknowingly, the team at Righteous Rides was also in prayer for a potential partnership with Missional Living.

Two of the founders of Righteous Rides traveled into town to attend our vision-sharing banquet. It was after this meeting that a fast friendship and a beautiful partnership was born.

When we discussed the partnership, there was concern that Knoxville would not have enough demand and we may need to be willing to travel to other cities.

Fast forward to 2019, our Knoxville hub for Righteous Rides is thriving with requests and has 8 vans on the road with international servants!

We continue to be amazed at how God brings His people together to accomplish His good purposes.

We are grateful for this partnership and for your support!
