I got an update today from one of our friends serving overseas.  She shared many stories of refugees finding hope in the bible, asking questions and seeking to know Jesus.  She talks of how the families that visit the center feel a sense of warmth and love.  One of the families that regularly visits the center asked for prayer to have the courage to continue seeking Jesus and His truth. She asks for prayer that God would be known in our center, that the refugees would feel His presence and love through their efforts, and that He would get all the glory.

Join us in praying that every refugee guest would leave knowing Christ came as a baby but ended up on the cross for the sins of the world. He came as Immanuel, God with us. Not prophet with us, or good man with us, but God with us.

Praying that this one word, Immanuel, would sink deep into our hearts as we come to truly know Him more this Christmas season.
